Bachelorette Party #1: my friends/coworkers take me out in Portland
My very cool coworker friends Larissa, Shannon, Kelly, and Elizabeth and Sarah started us out at a place called Noble Rot with a cool view of the city. It was delicious, especially since I realized that I'll never eat at these trendy wine-bar-ish places with Matt; he's a burger and fries guy.

Then I knew they were up to something. They'd already asked me how I felt about strip clubs (not my deal but whatever, I've been before) but I wasn't sure if that's what they really had planned. Not exactly...

That's right! They took me to a female impersonator show.
Yes, this is me sticking a monetary tip into "Diana Ross's" "cleavage."
So whether or not I was actually wasted (not really), I certainly look it for the pictures.

Umm... yes... it was cream-filled actually... and it was delicious.

Bachelorette Party #2: my high school gals out in Portland then on the Oregon Coast
My oldest girlfriends took me out to the Oregon Coast. We had an epic route all getting together, Jenn and me driving first to Eugene to drop off her boys with her in-laws, then up to pickup Mandy, then up to Portland where Holly had flown in from Vegas and Jen was flying in from Virginia. Noelle was our gracious hostess and Kayleen even made it out. After some apps and cocktails, we hit up a fun, loud dueling piano bar... a little different than with my rowdy coworkers because these new moms turned down a free round of shots!

But they're still fun :) The next day we headed over to Rockaway Beach where Jesse met up with us. We had an awesome day at the spa, had the best massage of my life, then just chilled at Noelle's family's beach house. Later that weekend we window shopped in Seaside and saw "Bridesmaids," of course.

What amazing women I know! I feel so blessed to have them in my life!
